This notice covers the likeness.tv website and email sent to [email protected]. It does not cover the future Likeness marketplace, which will have its own notice.
This website
likeness.tv is an information website for Likeness, a business in development. Its waitlist sign-up forms are not open yet and do not collect anything, and it has no customer accounts or payments. It does not set cookies for visitors or use advertising trackers; only our own site administrators get a login cookie when they sign in.
Hosting and security
The site runs on our own server and is delivered through Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare describes how it handles that information in its privacy policy.
Analytics
We don’t currently use website analytics. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare says uses no cookies or local storage, we will update this notice first.
If you email us
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply, and to tell you when Likeness opens if you ask us to. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. We don’t sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep proper business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we handled your information, tell us first. You may also be able to complain to the privacy regulator where you live; in Australia that is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If we open the waitlist or add accounts or analytics, we will update this notice before they go live. Last updated 3 October 2026.
