For businesses

License a real person’s AI likeness for your video ads, within terms they have set and agreed. Here is how the planned process works for brands and agencies.

For businesses. A human face for your next idea.

The proposed marketplace will bring casting, creator permissions and campaign licensing into one process. Find the right presence for a product introduction, a brand story or an explainer, then work within the creator’s agreed terms.

Choose a presence, not an audience

A likeness licence is intended to cover an appearance in your content. Posts to a creator’s own channels and access to their audience would be separate agreements.

Know the scope before you make it

The intended licence will identify the brand, script, permitted placements, territory and time period. Requests outside a creator’s permissions will need review or be declined.

Make the video, never get the identity

Businesses would make the approved video on Likeness and get it with its licence, never the raw capture files, a downloadable face model or a reusable voice clone.

Permission changes the outcome.

An illustrative example: a fictional creator accepts home and lifestyle campaigns, excludes a named brand, and has not opted into alcohol. This is an explanation, not a live approval tool.

Creator control, by design.

A fictional creator. Three campaign requests.

Within the example's creator preferences

A standard homeware introduction may fit these preferences. Business verification, policy, script and production checks would still be required.

Not permitted in this example

This creator has not opted into alcohol. A broad lifestyle permission does not override that boundary.

Specific creator approval required

A script saying u0022I use this every dayu0022 is an endorsement claim, not just a spokesperson read. It needs explicit permission for that brand.

The journey we’re building.

Verify and agree

Adult identity and liveness checks, followed by signed consent, before a creator’s likeness is captured.

Match the permissions

A verified business submits its brand, campaign and script. Platform policy comes first, then the creator’s rules and any required review.

Create and check

The intended video workflow checks the finished content against the approved script and adds clear AI disclosure before the video can be downloaded.

License and pay

A campaign-specific licence records the permitted use, with payment to the creator. Renewals would be a separate, recorded transaction.

This is our intended workflow. Making videos, licensing and payouts are not available yet.

A new way to be in the picture.

For businesses with a story to tell. For people who want a say in how their likeness is used. We’re building the connection, carefully.

For brands and agencies interested in licensed AI video. Joining is not an order, an account or a licence.

How we use your details

We store your name, email, interest type and optional company name privately in our WordPress database, with your consent wording and time. Authorised site administrators can view and export them. We use these details only for relevant Likeness updates and invitations, not to license your likeness. Spam protection uses a temporary hashed network identifier; no raw IP is saved with your entry. Entries expire after 180 days unless you join again. No advertising trackers or third-party signup service are used. Hosting and email delivery providers may process data to operate the site. Contact [email protected] to withdraw, access or delete your details.
